Head Girl Team 2025 -2026

We are proud to introduce this year’s Head Girl, Rosie Coleman, who is joined by our Deputy Head Girls, Ruth Askew, Elin Di Paola, Adan Hamid, and Isabelle Mayson and our Assistant Head Girls, Olive Moody, Naomi Ogendengbe, and Beth Omoruyi.

Over their time at Fairfield, these pupils have consistently embodied our core values: they are successful learners, confident individuals, and responsible citizens. Their leadership is further strengthened by a dedicated team of Lead Prefects and Sports Captains. You’ll have the opportunity to meet many of them at school events throughout the year. Prefects and Leadership Teams

Our pupil leadership extends beyond the Head Girl team to include eight Lead Prefects and 60 Prefects, who play a vital role in supporting lunchtime staff. Each week, they volunteer their time to help ensure that younger pupils enjoy safe, active, and positive outdoor experiences. We’re also proud to have dedicated leadership teams focusing on Diversity, SEND, Pride, and EAL. These groups champion inclusion and awareness across the school by:

Leading assemblies on key issues
Organising events that celebrate identity, heritage and belonging
Keeping noticeboards up-to-date with information that matters to our community

Together, these pupils help make Fairfield a more inclusive, informed, and connected place to learn.
